Change regarding shareholder structure/equity capital of Allgaier Werke GmbH

Mrs. Ulrike Allgaier-Wagner has sold her shares to Allgaier Werke GmbH and has resigned from the company. Thus, the shareholder family of the President of the Confederation of German Employer’s Associations, Dieter Hundt, holds 100 % of the voting rights within the company. At the same time, Prof. Hundt has provided 5.5 million €. Allgaier Werke GmbH is a system supplier for the international automotive industry in the fields of tool making and production of components; a supplementary business activity is the construction of machines and apparatus engineering in the division Process Technology. At present, the company group has about 1.800 employees all over the world and has achieved a turnover of 340 million € in 2012. According to Hundt, these changes ensure the independence and autonomy of the company as well as a clearly defined management structure concerning forthcoming decisions. Furthermore, the increase of capital stock is a proof of his confidence in the sustainability of the company and the location Uhingen.
