Ateliers d'Emboutissage de Faulquemont (AEF) produces high-quality pressed parts and components for the automotive and components industry. The plant based in Metz was founded in 1977 as a French subsidiary of the Allgaier Group. It supplies the French market as well as exporting worldwide, in particular to Germany and the USA.
The highest standards of quality
Production focuses on pressed parts and components such as brake servo parts and cover plates in numerous variants. A state-of-the-art suite of machines designed with flexibility in mind, combined with highly motivated and qualified employees, guarantee economic production procedures and on-schedule deliveries.
A consistent approach to using the quality management system as defined by the demanding international standards in the DIN EN ISO 9001, QS 9000 and VDA6.1 series ensures that the high level of quality demanded by the automotive industry is met.
Extensive transfer of expertise
AEF has full access to the transfer of expertise from Allgaier Werke GmbH when it comes to materials, production equipment purchasing and quality management. This tried-and-tested close cooperation lays the foundation for the high efficiency, quality and delivery performance of the French plant.
